Under what conditions the PU “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving” was reformatted into a volunteer center to organize the evacuation of Ukrainian civilians and provide humanitarian aid

On the outbreak of war in Ukraine, the management of the PU “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving” understand and realizied the urgent need to help Ukraine defend its rights, independence and territorial integrity, democratic path that it has chosen and reoriented and launched a separate humanitarian program – to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense and the population of our country.

Rafiyev Anar, as a person who has survived more than one war in his native home Republic of Azerbaijan, understands more than anyone else the depth of the tragedy and grief that befell Ukraine as a result of the brutal aggression of the Russian Federation.

Therefore, without hesitation, it was decided to redirect the activity of the PU “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving” to support the Ukrainian army and the civilian population that suffered as a result of aggression.

Rafiyev Anar considers it is his duty and vocation to protect the home that became his second Motherland and people who became his second family.

From the very beginning of the russian aggression, when the Donbas conflict began in 2014, Rafiyev Anar provided direct charitable assistance to Ukrainian soldiers in the conflict zone on his own.

Our main goal is to save as many civilian lives as possible by evacuating from war zones, providing humanitarian aid (food, medical supplies, fuel, and other necessary means) to the armed forces of Ukraine on the way to fighting the invaders.
