What we do

Main areas of humanitarian assistance

• Evacuation of the population of Ukraine.
• Food assistance (supply of foodstuff from the west of Ukraine (food products) to support military units, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense and the population of Ukraine).
• Resettlement help
• Humanitarian aid (supply of medicines, ammunition, personal hygiene products, equipment, fuel and other means to support the activities of military units, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense and the population of Ukraine).
• Conducting an active information campaign to disseminate information about events taking place in Ukraine.

Evacuation

How is the evacuation of the population organized:

In Kyiv, there are volunteers who gather people with their own cars with properly issued passes for unhindered movement around the city and take them to the place of evacuation.

Today, the number (staff) of volunteers involved are more than 40 people, the number of people who want to help and join the public union is growing.

The PU “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving” is actively working to attract diverse specialists.

Evacuation of the population is carried out from hot spots (places of active military actions) – the city of Kyiv (and the suburbs) and the Kyiv region, including the cities of Irpin and Bucha, as well as the city of Kharkiv, if conditions permit. 

Preparatory work is being carried out to evacuate civilians from the cities of Mykolaiv and Chernihiv.

Buses of the PU “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving” evacuate people to a specially equipped distribution center in the west of Ukraine, where created sufficient conditions with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Conditions and amenities in refugee accommodation centers:

• places to sleep and rest,
• bathrooms with the possibility to take a shower,
• full meals are provided

All documents for safe passage and escort are also properly formalized.

Food assistance

The PU “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving” supply foodstuff from the west of Ukraine (food products) to provide military units, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense and the population of Ukraine.
