Ukreximbank and PU UFEES collaborate on community development
The PU UFEES, the initiator of Ukraine’s Renovation League ONOVA, and Ukreximbank, a leading corporate investment bank in Ukraine, have announced a strategic partnership. This cooperation aims to open up new opportunities for community development and implementation of energy efficiency and modernization projects.
The contribution of local governments to Ukraine’s recovery process has been identified as crucial, and Ukreximbank has undertaken a mission to support and finance local community projects. This cooperation aims to promote the development of cities, villages and towns.
As part of the agreement, Ukreximbank is ready to consider the needs of communities and provide financial solutions under the programs “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”, “Affordable Financial Leasing 5-7-9%” and others.
“As part of the cooperation, Ukreximbank offers effective financial solutions for the communities participating in the NOVA League. The key aspect of this partnership will be support for energy efficiency projects, including loans for thermal modernization, as well as leasing and general development programs,” said Chairman of the Board of the Public Union “Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving”.
“The bank is constantly looking for new opportunities to help communities that have been devastated by Russian aggression. The partnership with the ONOVA League will allow us to expand the geography of our support in the reconstruction process,” Mykhailo Medko, a member of the Management Board of Ukreximbank, emphasized the importance of the memorandum.
This initiative marks an important milestone in the joint effort to build an energy-independent, strong and prosperous future for Ukraine.
