First full-scale evacuation: Kyiv, 4 March 2022

On 4 March 2022, the PU «Ukrainian Fund of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving» carried out the first full-scale evacuation of civilians.

Citizens of Ukraine and Azerbaijan were evacuated from the city of Kyiv and its suburbs to a distribution center in western Ukraine.
