Thanks to modern technologies, communities can significantly reduce heating, electricity, and water supply costs. The main measures funded by the program include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Modernization of heating and water supply systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insulation of buildings and replacement of windows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renovation of boiler houses and transition to renewable energy sources<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automated systems for resource consumption control<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Who can participate?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The program is available to local self-government authorities from all regions of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories and areas of active hostilities. Loans are provided to schools, kindergartens, and hospitals. Medical institutions can receive grants covering up to 50% of the project cost (up to 300,000 euros).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">How to apply?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"113\">Local self-government authorities can submit applications by <strong data-start=\"61\" data-end=\"78\">July 31, 2025<\/strong>, to <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong data-start=\"83\" data-end=\"112\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #000080;\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"85\" data-end=\"110\">UPBEE.proposal@mtu.gov.ua<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"115\" data-end=\"311\">Communities with ready project documentation will receive priority in the selection.
