It is digitalization that is now becoming one of the main tools for restoring both individual communities and the state as a whole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Why is it important to introduce digital tools for reconstruction right now?<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The logic and transparency of the justification for a comprehensive recovery and development plan in the case of each community that needs it should be based solely on the analysis of specific data, which can be collected and adequately evaluated by a capable community that is at least partially digitalized.<\/li>\n<li>In this case, digitalization becomes a tool for transparency in rebuilding communities and Ukraine as a whole.
