For the period of winter and in case of a long-term absence of electricity, by order of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the preparation and deployment of “Points of Invincibility” continues in all regions controlled by Ukraine. <\/span><\/p>\n

The work of such mobile and stationary assistance points will be activated in the event of new massive Russian attacks on the infrastructure, in the event of a long-term power outage and the inability to quickly carry out repair work.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ukrainian guarantor announced this the day before in his evening address:<\/span><\/p>\n

“We are deploying our new project to support people throughout the country – “Points of Invincibility”. According to the results of this day, more than four thousand such points have already been prepared. Even more are planned. If there are mass Russian strikes again and if there is an understanding that in hours of delivery if the electricity cannot be restored, then the work of “Points of Invincibility” is activated. All basic services are there: electricity, mobile communication and the Internet, heat, water, a first-aid kit. Absolutely free and 24 hours a day.”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The special website nezlamnist.gov.ua<\/a><\/span><\/strong> has an interactive map of such points, which is constantly updated. A direct link to the site and data on the location of state “inviolability points” can also be found on the ONOVA portal<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By opening and saving the map, you can quickly navigate and find the closest “point of invincibility” in terms of location. Volodymyr Zelenskyi also emphasized that such special points will necessarily operate at all regional and district administrations, as well as in school premises, buildings of the State Emergency Service, etc. In addition to practical assistance offline on the spot, citizens will be able to find out on the website and in all “Points of Invincibility” where the nearest gas station, pharmacy, store or bank branch is located and whether it is open.<\/span><\/p>\n
